DEFINITIONS:
All the headings and subheadings are for convenience only and are not to be taken into account for the purposes of interpreting it.
“The Company” is to mean Core Values Retreats, LLC. “We/we”, “Our/our”, and “Us/us” refers to “The Company”. usage of the terms “You/you” and “Your/your” is to refer to the signee.
“Organizer(s)” is to mean Core Values Retreats, LLC, and any agent, contractor, or third party that we may engage within the course of providing to you the services outlined as part of your Retreat.
“Start Date”: The designated start date of the retreat for which you are booking.
“End Date”: The designated end date of the retreat for which you are booking.
“Payment Due Date”: The date by which all sums owed for the retreat you have booked become immediately payable.
“Retreat(s)": The Retreat you have booked with us.
“Primary place of business”: The accommodation that we are supplying to you as part of your Retreat with Core Values Retreats, LLC.
"Ticket Price": The non-refundable sum per person that is required to secure your booking with us.
“Ticket Fees”: The non-refundable sum per person that is charged by the ticketing platform with whom we use for any credit card processing or additional fees that they charge. These fees go directly to the ticketing platform with whom we use, and cannot be refunded.
“Cancellation”: is defined as you not attending your scheduled Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“Site”: The website, https://www.corevaluesretreats.com.

The material appearing on this website https://www.corevaluesretreats.com (this “Site”) is provided as information about Core Values Retreats’ business, community, and people. The owner of this Site, Core Values Retreats and its directors, agents, employees and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequence resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take based on the information found on the Site or material linked to this Site.
Any information on this Site is provided for promotional or informational purposes only, and is not to be relied upon as a professional opinion. By using this Site, you accept and agree that following and using any information or recommendation provided on this Site is at your own risk.
Please read the following carefully! Your access to and use of this Site is subject to legally binding terms and conditions, which you accept and agree to by accessing this Site.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) form a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you and Core Values Retreats, LLC, an LLC operating out of the State of New York (“Core Values Retreats”). Core Values Retreats, LLC may modify, amend, supplement and replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing you with advance notice. Your continued use of this Site after any change means you have accepted the changed Terms and Conditions.
Copyright. All materials created by Core Values Retreats, LLC on the Site are protected by United States copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to Core Values Retreats, LLC.
Links to Third Party Websites. This Site may contain links to third-party websites. All such linked sites, materials and pages are not under the control of Core Values Retreats, LLC, and Core Values Retreats, LLC is not responsible for the content contained in any linked website nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of the use of any third party website. Core Values Retreats, LLC accepts no liability for any errors or omissions contained in third-party websites. These links are provided to improve your use of this Site, enable you to connect with Core Values Retreats, LLC on various platforms, help Core Values Retreats, LLC offer the easiest services for you and conduct transactions.

No Guarantees. We make no guarantees about any particular results or benefits that you’ll get from our Site, our services, and our Retreats. We will do everything to give you the tools to succeed, but we make no guarantees. We cannot be clearer about this: we make no promises regarding results and make no guarantees whatsoever.
Use License. If Core Values Retreats, LLC has materials on the Site that you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Core Values Retreats, LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of Core Values Retreats, LLC linked to these Terms and Conditions or contained on this Site constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Values Retreats, LLC relating to your use of this Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by Core Values Retreats, LLC. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that portion or provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by Core Values Retreats, LLC to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Paragraph headings are for reference only.
General Waiver. You acknowledge that during any Retreat with Core Values Retreats, LLC, you participate voluntarily in all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Core Values Retreats, LLC, their agents, contractors, employees and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Salt Retreat up to and including death.
Minimum age. The minimum age for attending any retreat with us is 18.
Meeting your Responsibilities and Paying for your Retreat. You must make sure you pay for the Retreat on or before the Payment Due Date. If you do not fully pay your Ticket Price by the Payment Due Date, we have the right to suspend or decline access to any services, activities and facilities associated with your Retreat, until all outstanding balances have been paid in full (if you are requested to do so).
Payment Policy. To reserve a spot on any Retreat, you are required to pay in full 60 days prior to the Retreat start date. Payments will be made via one of our ticketing platform partner sites (example: Eventbrite). You may be charged “Ticket Fees” by our ticketing platform partner, which are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds. It is your responsibility to read and understand our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service before making a reservation. Naturally, no-one books a Retreat with the intention of canceling or postponing, but unexpected things do happen, so you must have adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your Retreat. If you need to cancel any booking, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing, and some transaction fees may be deducted from your refund. Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:
If you cancel within 3 full days of the date you first purchased your ticket, you will receive a full refund, with the exception of tickets purchased within 59 days of your Retreat Start Date.
If you cancel within 60 days of your Retreat Start Date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount you have paid up until that date when you request the cancellation in writing.
No refunds are given if the cancellation is within 60 days of your Retreat Start Date.
Retreat Cancellations made by us If Core Values Retreats, LLC, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Core Values Retreats, LLC Retreat (either scheduled or at some future time within the next two (2) years) to be used as credit, or you can request a refund of payments made by you to us.
Your Health. You warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do any form of active exercise, including, but not limited to, Pilates training, high-Intensity Interval training, strength training, cardiovascular training, swimming, walking, running, yoga, and stretching.
Acknowledgement of Risks. You warrant that you are aware that all exercise and travel carries risks, and acknowledge you are participating willingly, and in knowledge of these risks. you recognize that we are not able to provide you with medical advice or medical assistance, and that any information provided should be used as a guideline only. If you have any prior knowledge of health concerns or health risks, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek clearance from a healthcare professional prior to attending any of our Retreats.
Travel Insurance. It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and health insurance. you acknowledge that Core Values Retreats, LLC is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage leaves you exposed medically, financially or otherwise. You understand and acknowledge that it is a condition of booking that you must take out an adequate travel insurance policy that covers all activities which may reasonably be undertaken during your Retreat, as well as but not limited to, Retreat cancellation insurance. The policy and insurance coverage must be valid and in effect for the entire duration of your Retreat. Please note, even if you have private health insurance in your Country of Residence, it is unlikely that this insurance will cover overseas Retreats to the extent required to participate in the activities organized on a Retreat with Core Values Retreats, LLC.
Travel Cancellation Insurance. It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and health insurance. you agree and acknowledge that Core Values Retreats, LLC is not in the business of providing insurance products or providing cover for and on behalf of guests, and is not to be held liable. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all costs associated with canceling a booking. It is a condition of booking that you must take out and hold an adequate travel insurance policy that covers Retreat cancellations, abandonment by your airline and flight delays.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures. We do not offer credit for arriving late to a Retreat or departing early.
Passports, Visas and Documents. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, valid visa(s) and all other valid and up-to-date documentation required for entry into any country to be visited in connection with, or en route to or from your Retreat. Such documentation includes but is not limited to, pre-arrival forms, passenger locator forms, and vaccinations.
Photo/Video Release. You hereby grant to Core Values Retreats, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Core Values Retreats, LLC. You hereby release and discharge Core Values Retreats, LLC from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. Third Parties. Core Values Retreats, LLC holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on an Retreat as compared with the advertised nature of the service. Further, Core Values Retreats, LLC accepts no responsibility for delayed, missed or canceled flights, buses, ferries, transfers, or any other modes of transportation required by you to get to your accommodation, or any other activity or event in connection with or relating to your retreat.
Choice of Laws and Venue. The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims relating to Core Values Retreats, LLC’s Site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Indemnity/Liability. As a condition of your use of this Site, you indemnify Core Values Retreats, LLC and its directors and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting or arising from your use of this Site. You agree to fully indemnify without limitation any of our instructor(s), trainer(s), director(s), staff, or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during any and all of your interactions with us. This includes full indemnity without limitation for any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident occurring at the accommodations where the Retreat takes place. You will not hold us liable for any type of injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident occurring at any of the facilities during your retreat from the time you arrive on premise to the time you depart. This also includes full indemnity without limitation for any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident occurring during transportation paid for by Core Values Retreats, LLC. In no event shall Core Values Retreats, LLC or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on the Site, even if Core Values Retreats, LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
PRIVACY POLICY
Core Values Retreats, LLC understands how important your privacy is. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy policies and practices for Core Values Retreats, LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Core Values Retreats, LLC”) with respect to how Core Values Retreats, LLC collects your personal information. It also describes how Core Values Retreats, LLC maintains, uses, and discloses personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from you by Core Values Retreats, LLC via the Site. This Privacy Policy also sets out how you can access certain information that Core Values Retreats, LLC may collect about you.

You understand that if you withdraw your consent, Core Values Retreats, LLC may not be able to continue to offer its services and provide its information to you.
Children Under 18. The Site and our Retreats are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 may provide any Personal Information to or on the Site. Core Values Retreats, LLC does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If Core Values Retreats, LLC learns we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. There may be other information you provide but that will not be collected by Core Values Retreats, LLC and instead will be collected by the third parties with whom Core Values Retreats, LLC works.
